apple crumble

Ingredients:

6/7 Apples

1 Organic Orange, (peel and 2 spoons of juice)

1 Organic Lemon, (zest and 2 spoons of juice)

100 g Sugar

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Nutmeg, optional

Crisp/Crumble:

190 g Flour

150 g White Sugar

150 g Brown Sugar

half teaspoon Salt

225 g Butter, cold

80 g small Oat Flakes

Directions:

Cut the apples into small cubes, add peel, zest, juices, sugar and cinnamon and put everything in a large baking-tin greased with butter.

In a bowl mix the ingredient of the crumble until the dough looks like big crumbs. Cover the apples with it.

Bake in hot oven (180ยฐC) for 50 min., until the apples simmer and the surface is golden brown.

You can serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
