Ingredients:
120 g Pumpkin
70 g Flour
70 g Potato Flour
60 g Brown Sugar
60 g Butter
2 g Baking powder
a handful of Chocolate chips
Icing sugar to decorate
Directions:
Boil the pumpkin, you are going to need approximately 60 g. In a bowl mix the flours, baking powder and sugar. Add the mashed pumpkin and the melted cold butter, mixing. Add the chocolate chips. Make little balls and put them on greaseproof paper, keeping a distance between the cookies. Bake in the oven at 180° for 11 minutes. Let the cookies cool and dredge them with icing sugar.
