buckeyes from Ohio

Ingredients for 60 buckeyes:

1,5 cups Peanut Butter

1 cup Butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

6 cups Sugar

4 cups Chocolate chips

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar. Roll into balls.

Press a toothpick into the top of each ball and chill in freezer for 30 min.

Melt chocolate chips in a bowl.

Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate, but leave a portion of peanut butter showing at the top.

Refrigerate until serving.
