Olive and potato pasta
Ingredients (4 people):
320 g Linguine
2 Potatoes
16 Cherry Tomatoes
50 g Black Olives
1 spoon Capers
half Lemon zest, grated
Salt
6 spoons Oil
1 spoon Mix of Thyme and Oregano
Directions:
Boil the pasta in salted water. Cook the potatoes in the microwave or boil them, then chop them up. In a pan, put the oil and the tomatoes, then the potatoes, the olives, the capers and the lemon zest with the thyme and Oregano. You can add salt or pepper. Put the pan on medium heat for 5/10 minutes, then drain the pasta and mix.
