berry pie

Ingredients:

170 g Butter

300 g Flour

100 g Sugar

1 pinch Salt

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 liquor glass  Brandy

1 jar Berry Jam

125 g Blackberries

125 g Blueberries

125 g Raspberries

Directions:

Mix the flour with sugar, salt, baking powder. Add the melted butter and the brandy. Shape into a ball and let it rest, covered, in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough in a round baking-tin greased with butter.

Cover with the jam and then the berries.

Bake in hot oven (180°C) for 35 min.

You can serve the pie with vanilla ice-cream.
