chocolate chip pancakes
Ingredients:
100 g Flour
2 tablespoons White Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
a handful of Chocolate chips
Milk
Maple syrup/Honey
Oil
Directions:
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, then add milk until the dough reaches a yoghurt-like liquidness.
Heat a small/medium pan brushed with olive oil and pour a ladle of batter in it, turn it when it's golden-brown and then put it in a dish. Repeat until the batter is finished. You can garnish with maple syrup or honey.
