Ingredients:
200 g. Flour
100 g.Sugar
1 sachet Baking powder
3/4 glass Seed Oil
1 glass Milk
3 spoons Brandy (optional!)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 big Apples
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and then add oil, milk and the brandy if you want.
Stir very well to avoid lumps. Put the dough into a 24 or 26 cm round baking-tin (previously greased with butter or with greaseproof paper).
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices to put on the surface of the pie. You can sprinkle some cane sugar on the apples.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 50 min.
