TEACHER
ALWAYS = sempre
USUALLY = di solito
OFTEN = spesso
SOMETIMES = a volte
RARELY/HARDLY EVER = raramente
NEVER = mai
-
tra il soggetto e il verbo: I ALWAYS have tea for breakfast. My sister USUALLY plays volleyball
-
dopo il verbo essere: I am NEVER late. She is ALWAYS nice.
-
dopo il verbo avere: I have USUALLY got my diary in my rucksack.
*have got/has got ha significato di avere, ma have si può anche usare nelle espressioni have breakfast, have lunch, have dinner, have a shower, have a bath, have a pizza...
Es: I have ALWAYS got my diary in my rucksack / I ALWAYS have breakfast in the morning.
HOW OFTEN
Significa: quante volte, quanto spesso...?
Es: HOW OFTEN do you play football?
I USUALLY play football on Sundays
Si possono utilizzare anche:
ONCE A DAY/WEEK/MONTH/YEAR = una volta a...
TWICE A DAY/WEEK...= due volte a...
THREE TIMES A DAY/WEEK...= tre volte a ....
I always drink tea
I play once a day
