happy donuts

Ingredients:

230 g. Flour

1 pinch Salt

170 g. Butter, softened

150 Sugar

1/2 sachet Baking powder

250 g. Milk

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

36 Cherries

a handful Chocolate chips

 

For the decoration and glaze:

 

1/2 bar Dark Chocolate or Sprinkles

100 g. Confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons Water

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and then add butter and milk, then the chocolate chips.

Put the dough into a Winston donut pan (12 donuts), fill only 2/3 of the mould and put 3 stoned cherries into each donut.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 min.

Let the donuts cool lined  on a grate. Then prepare the glaze: put the confectioner's sugar in a little bowl, stir it while pouring 2 tablespoons of hot boiled water. Then put the glaze on the donuts. Then you can decorate with coloured sprinkles or melt the half bar of chocolate to decorate the donuts with a "Decopen" or sac-à-poche.
